Six people were taken to hospital after a single-vehicle crash

Nottawasaga OPP say five people suffered minor injuries, but one person was taken to the trauma center with serious injuries.

The Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a single vehicle collision that sent five patients to hospital with minor injuries and one to a local trauma center with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

On June 29, 2024, shortly after 11 a.m., Nottawasaga OPP and emergency crews responded to a single vehicle collision in the area of ​​County Road 13 and Highway 89 in the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio.

A male passenger suffered serious injuries; he was transported to a local trauma center. His injuries were considered serious but not life-threatening. The other five passengers reported minor injuries.

County Road 13 and Highway 89 were closed for most of the day while OPP technical collision investigators and the reconstructionist assisted with the investigation.
