The Lions will host Bradford City for pre-season friendlies

We are delighted to confirm that Bradford City will visit Nethermoor later this month for a pre-season friendly.

The Bantams head to LS20 on Saturday July 13 for a 3pm kick-off as manager Mark Bower meets his former side, with tickets on sale now.

It is recommended that you purchase online to avoid disappointment on the day, GAFC 2024/25 season ticket holders can purchase their tickets at half price at the turnstiles on the day.

Tickets are priced at £10 Adults, £5 Concessions/U18s and £1 U11s for the game.

It will be the first time in three years that Bradford City travel to Nethermoor, with boss Graham Alexander entering his first full season in charge of the League Two side.

Bower, a Bradford City Academy graduate, is no stranger to facing his former side having faced them many times as a player and manager while at Nethermoor.

Confirmation of this game will see some adjustments to our pre-season schedule and our trip to Parkgate will be re-arranged. Our friendly with Cleethorpes Town, which was due to take place on August 3rd, has unfortunately been called off after the Owls were unexpectedly called up in the extra preliminary round of the Emirates FA Cup.
