GLEN WALTER – The Raisin Region Conservation Authority will have a new general manager this summer.

Alison McDonald will take over from Richard Pilon when he retires on June 28.

McDonald and Pilon will work together starting June 3 to have a smooth transition, the RRCA said.

McDonald comes from the nearby South Nation Conservation Authority, where he is the managing director of approvals.

She is also a councilor for North Stormont.

“Having had the opportunity to work with Alison in various capacities throughout my career, I know she will lead our team to new levels of success,” Pilon said in a press release.
