The beautiful sunflower fields at Becketts Farm – in pictures

Take a look at our photo gallery showing the splendor of the sunflower fields at Becketts Farm. Wythall Farm is opening its doors to the public free of charge for the summer of 2024.

The owners encourage visitors to make voluntary donations to Touchstones Child Bereavement Support to help young people in Worcestershire who have lost a loved one. The local organization hosts Days of Remembrance where young people can come together to share memories of their loved ones and participate in activities to help reduce isolation.

There is a three acre sunflower field with great views plus a wildflower meadow full of nature to explore. Afterwards you can grab a bite to eat or a drink at the Farm Shop & Restaurant.

The sunflower fields are weather dependent but it is hoped that the gates will be open to the public by the end of July and then throughout August. Learn more about the opening hours of the sunflower field here

It takes approximately 30 minutes to reach Becketts Farm from Birmingham, traffic permitting, via the A441 Pershore Road. Alternatively, you can take a train from Birmingham Moor Street to Wythall. The farm is then a little over a mile from the station.

Simon Beckett, chairman of Becketts Farm, said: “We hope that the memorable days our sunflower fields provide this year will also sow the seeds for happier times to come for those in need.”
