Full Chipping Barnet 2024 General Election results

Voters in Chipping Barnet went to the polls in the 2024 general election.

A new Member of Parliament is elected for the Greater London constituency, which includes the London Borough of Barnet district of Barnet Vale, Brunswick Park, East Barnet, Edgwarebury, High Barnet, Totteridge and Woodside, Underhill and Whetstone

Before the general election, Conservative Theresa Villiers was the MP for the constituency. It represents the area since 2005.

The shock summer general election was called by Rishi Sunak on May 22, with elections taking place in all 650 seats across the UK. Since the 2019 general election, major boundary changes affecting 90% of parliamentary constituencies have come into effect.

Before the election, a Conservative government had been in power in Parliament since 2010.

Polls closed for the 2024 general election at 10pm on Thursday 4 July, with counting taking place overnight. Results from across the UK are expected in the early hours of Friday morning.
