Sheffield General Election LIVE as polls close, results are counted and MPS declared

Sheffield has six parliamentary constituencies. Labor currently holds five seats, and the conservatives hold one.

The following MPs are standing for re-election:

• Miriam Cates (Penistone and Stocksbridge, Conservatives)

• Gill Furniss (Sheffield Brightside and Hillsborough, Labour)

• Olivia Blake (Sheffield Hallam, Labour)

• Louise Haigh (Sheffield Heeley, Labour)

• Clive Betts (Sheffield South East, Labour)

The following MPs are not standing for re-election:

• Paul Blomfield (Sheffield Central, Labour)
