Full Clapham and Brixton Hill General Election 2024 results

Voters in Clapham and Brixton Hill went to the polls in the 2024 general election.

A new Member of Parliament is elected for the Greater London constituency, which includes the Lambeth wards of Brixton Acre Lane; Brixton North; Brixton Rush Common; Clapham Common and Abbeville; Clapham East; Clapham Park; Clapham Town; St Martin’s; Stockwell East; Stockwell West and Larkhall; Streatham Hill West and Thornton; and a very small part of West Dulwich.




The seat was set for the 2024 general election and created from the former constituencies of Streatham and Vauxhall.

The shock summer general election was called by Rishi Sunak on May 22, with elections taking place in all 650 seats across the UK. Since the 2019 general election, major boundary changes affecting 90% of parliamentary constituencies have come into effect.

Before the election, a Conservative government had been in power in Parliament since 2010.

Polls closed for the 2024 general election at 10pm on Thursday 4 July, with counting taking place overnight. Results from across the UK are expected in the early hours of Friday morning.
