French giants ‘want Greenwood’, Utd set to SELL Rashford, Ten Hag contract extension

Juventus “will sell” Chiesa

Manchester United have received a major transfer boost with Juventus ready to sell Federico Chiesa, whose £150,000-a-week contract expires next year.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chiesa is not part of new Juve coach Thiago Motta’s plans ahead of next season.

Motta instead hopes to sign a new player during the summer transfer window.

And it has been reported that the Italy international could be available for as little as £20million.

Newcastle and Tottenham are long-term admirers of the 26-year-old, but United could be in the driving seat as they hunt for a new wide forward, with Jadon Sancho set to leave.

Gareth Southgate’s plan – EXCLUSIVE

Gareth Southgate has switched to a back three for England’s quarter-final clash with Switzerland.

With Marc Guehi suspended, the Three Lions boss decided to change his line-up for the first time this tournament for the match in Dusseldorf.

Ezri Konsa replaces Guehi and will make his full debut for the tournament alongside Manchester City pair John Stones and Kyle Walker set to start at right centre-back.

Despite injury concerns, Kieran Trippier keeps his place but will move to full-back, meaning Trent Alexander-Arnold misses out again.

Elsewhere, Arsenal star Bukayo Saka was moved to left-back with Luke Shaw still not fit enough to start after he finished there in the 2-1 win over Slovakia.

In midfield, Manchester United star Kobbie Mainoo will once again partner Declan Rice after his impressive performance against Slovakia in the Round of 16.

Phil Foden and Jude Bellingham, whose stunning overhead kick forced extra-time last Sunday, will support Harry Kane in attack.

Neville England’s warning

Manchester United legend Gary Neville has warned England boss Gareth Southgate that he needs drastic changes or the Three Lions will lose in the quarter-finals to Switzerland.

Neville told Stick to Football: The Overlap Special, presented by Sky Bet:

Word has come out that there is a feeling that there could be a change to three at the back (for England) and some pretty drastic changes to the system and personnel.

To be honest with you, I think it is needed. Something drastic is needed because if they play the way they did, they will be beaten.

They need to do something that changes the dynamic of the shows.
