Leicester City Book Target In For Medical

Atalanta centre-back Caleb Okoli is scheduled to undergo a medical on Saturday morning before joining Leicester City this summer.

Steve Cooper is pushing to bring in reinforcements ahead of Leicester’s return to the Premier League next season.

There is an agreement between the two clubs for the centre-back to move to the King Power Stadium in the coming days.

According to the Italian publication All MercatoLeicester have already booked a medical for the defender before completing the move.

Okoli will leave for England soon and will arrive at Leicester in the next few hours before securing his move to the newly promoted Premier League side.

He is scheduled to undergo a medical with Leicester on Saturday morning and will eventually sign a five-year contract with the club.

Leicester have agreed to pay Atalanta a fee of €15m, including add-ons, for the defender’s signature this summer.
