Leicester bring BC.Game as shirt sponsor for Premier League return

Newly-promoted English Premier League soccer outfit Leicester City has unveiled online gaming platform and cryptocurrency casino BC.Game as its new main partner in a broad multi-year deal, which the club is calling one of the “ the most valuable” in its history.

As the main partner, BC.Game becomes the new shirt sponsor for the Leicester men’s team for all home, away and third kits for at least the next two seasons.

Speaking about the partnership, Leicester chief executive Susan Whelan said: “The ability to attract high-value partners on our return to the Premier League is vital to our determination to restore Leicester City to the elite of the game, to continue to invest in -a competitive team and to ensure the best possible experience for our supporters.”

BC.Game replaces online trading brand FBS, which has been Leicester’s shirt sponsor since the start of the 2021-22 season, replacing King Power.

King Power, the Asian duty-free shopping giant owned by the club’s Thai ownership, will remain heavily associated with the team, retaining the branding rights for the training kit on the front of the shirt and continuing as the club’s stadium naming rights sponsor.

The igaming company was founded in 2017 and boasts just 10 social media followers on the X platform (formerly known as Twitter).

BC.Game previously sponsored Argentina’s national football team in a short-term deal in 2022 around the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

In addition to the BC.Game reveal, Leicester also confirmed that the announcement of a new main partner for its women’s team will take place later in July ahead of the upcoming 2024-25 Women’s Super League campaign.
