A ‘stunning’ new bakery in Coventry city center is so good people are ‘visiting it every day’. Adore Bakery has opened its doors in The Burges and is already proving to be a big hit with the locals.

The owners describe it as a “new bakery experience”, with fresh cakes, pastries, homemade sandwiches and baklava, as well as milkshakes and fresh gelato. The cute looking bakery has already earned rave reviews.

They took to social media to sing the praises of the latest addition to downtown. Some CoventryLive readers have even said they “love it so much, they go every day”.

Kiri Scrivener posted on the CoventryLive Facebook page: “Just been in, lovely place, very friendly staff and the cake was delicious,” while Maria Dari said: “Amazing place, well worth a visit, everything is so tasty, I visit it every day. .”

The arrival of a non-chain store was also welcomed, with Leigh Eastham posting: “Good luck to them. I bet it smells amazing.”

Michael Mogan added: “Fantastic but I need more seats! I’ve been in the last two days for a coffee and a panini, but only three meals. That said, it’s brilliant to see..”
