Two men arrested after a series of burglaries in parts of the Bradford district

TWO men have been arrested following a series of burglaries and vehicle offenses in the Bradford district.

The men, aged 18 and 36, from Silsden, were arrested and appeared at Bradford Magistrates’ Court for the murders which took place in Riddlesden, East Morton and Steeton.

A spokesman for Keighley Borough Policing said: “Two men from Silsden were arrested on Friday following a series of burglaries and vehicle offenses in the Riddlesden, East Morton and Steeton areas.

“The men, aged 18 and 36, appeared at Bradford Magistrates’ Court each charged with 11 offences, including burglary, theft from a motor vehicle and fraud by false representation.

“They have been remanded in custody until their next court appearance in June.

“Many thanks to all the residents who helped us with our enquiries.”
