Hollyoaks star Jeremy Sheffield confirms second return for Patrick Blake

Hollyoaks star Jeremy Sheffield has revealed he will return for a second new season as Patrick Blake.

The actor’s return to television was confirmed at the end of last year, with the star appearing in visions for Dilly Harcourt – himself killed in 2016 by his niece Nico.

However, it looks like Sheffield will be back for more later this year.

“After I had this little taster, which I really enjoyed, then the prospect of me coming back to the show was – well, I’ve retired, so it was a surprise to me! A very nice surprise”, teased the star for Metro. .

“Obviously I was desperate to find out exactly how the hell I was going to get back on the show, given that my character is very dead, so we’ll just have to wait and see exactly how that plays out, but it’s exciting. news.”

Dilly’s visions came after she tragically killed her husband, Rafe, with a clash between the two leading to Dilly’s elimination. After he regained consciousness, Dilly dragged him to the basement and tied him to a radiator.

Dilly told Sienna that Rafe had left her, before checking on Rafe only to find him dead.

Subsequent scenes saw Liberty cowering and Dilly felt no choice but to attack her. Dilly also spoke to a photo of Patrick, before having a vision of him saying, “But you haven’t forgotten about me. Now it’s time to finish what I started.”

The soap’s latest twist has now revealed that Dilly is actually Patrick’s daughter and therefore Sienna’s sister.

Hollyoaks stream online first via Channel 4 every working day at 19.30. Episodes then air on E4 the following day, before premiering on YouTube a week after that.
