Three men charged after stealing jewelery in Birmingham | News

Three men have been charged after a suitcase containing thousands of pounds worth of jewelery was stolen from Birmingham.

Officers have recovered a quantity of high-value jewelery which was involved in a jewelery sale after it was stolen from a vehicle parked on Dudley Road on Thursday (February 22).

Following inquiries, officers arrested three men in West Bromwich after a car failed to stop for police.

Miguel Ramirez, 56, and Jamie Oropeza Gutierrez, 46, both of London, and Denis Fonseca Albarracin, 57, of no fixed abode, were charged with theft from a vehicle.

Oropeza Gutierrez was also charged with failure to stop for police and operating a vehicle without insurance or a license.

All three appeared before the Magistrates’ Court.
