The exact date when the ‘heat dome’ will bring Britain 30C for 10 days

A high-pressure “heat dome” is set to bring ten days of scorching 30C to Britain. This is according to the latest thermal maps.

Exacta Weather has predicted that “in and around” July 10-20 will be particularly hot, according to the Mirror, with July 15-17 likely to be the hottest. His team cautiously noted, “It’s still early days for this developing scenario,” but they remain optimistic.

News of the hot weather comes as the Met Office’s latest local forecast for Coventry and Warwickshire predicts another patchy week. There will be “heavy” showers on Wednesday (July 10).

But then as we head into the weekend it will get drier. Sunny spells are also set to make it feel warmer than the cooler than average temperatures we’ve seen in recent days.

A busy day with low pressure dominating bringing heavy rain and showers in the afternoon. I feel quite cool under the cloud and quite airy. Maximum temperature 21C.

Outlook Wednesday through Friday

Sunny spells and heavy showers on Wednesday and Thursday. Turning drier on Friday with sunny spells. To feel pleasant in any sun, with the winds inclined.
