Cushman & Wakefield arranges two NJ leases totaling 11,000 SF

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged two new long-term leases at 180 Park Avenue in Florham Park, NJ. Carisk Partners Inc., which specializes in workers’ compensation, leased 7,006 square feet, while an undisclosed insurance company took 4,665 square feet. The property, owned by Vision Properties and The Birch Group, offers flexible flooring and facilities such as a cafeteria, coffee shop, conference center, fitness studio and outdoor spaces.

Recent upgrades include road and parking improvements and exterior curtain wall maintenance. The Green at Florham Park’s location offers access to Morristown, restaurants, hotels, parks and retail, with shuttles to nearby NJ Transit and major freeways.

William O’Keefe, Courtney Brooke Rosenkrantz and Brian Decillis of Cushman & Wakefield are serving as exclusive leasing agents on behalf of the owners, a joint venture between Vision Properties and The Birch Group. Cushman & Wakefield markets spaces between 4,500 and 40,000 square meters.
