Tentatively, the brand plans to launch this product in the next two years. Royal Enfield has lined up a capex of Rs 1,000 crore for FY 2023-24, with the bulk of this investment being in electrical products.

The company has already hired 100 people for its electric vehicle space. It is the process of setting up a new production line for electric vehicles. Initially, this production line will be able to produce 1.5 lakh units in a year.

Royal Enfield seems to be up for the challenge with several new bikes lined up. In September they are going to launch the new Bullet 350.
