Disgust as children witnessed ‘spitting and stoning’ from Nuneaton car park roof

Young yobs were spitting and throwing stones from the roof of a car park in Nuneaton town centre. Reports on social media sparked disgust at the scenes in Harefield Road.

The youths were reportedly “throwing rocks and stones and spitting at people from the top of the multi-storey car park last night (July 8). One report even suggested that an empty pop bottle was thrown at the head of a passerby.

This is not the first time that problems have arisen from the roof of the car park near the bus station. At the end of last year, groups of young people were throwing eggs from the window areas of the car park.
