Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Nicole Campbell joined the Virginia Beach office as vice president, specializing in office leasing and sales. Ms. Campbell has over seven years of experience with Divaris Real Estate. While at Divaris, she leased Virginia Beach Town Center and a 500,000 square foot office portfolio in Hampton Roads. Ms. Campbell also focused on representing office tenants and buyers.

Ms. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio, where she majored in Family and Consumer Studies and minored in Professional Writing and Editing. She serves on the board of directors for the Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE) and the Hampton Roads Soccer Council.
