Kyle Clifford, Bushey’s triple “murder” suspect, was found injured in Enfield Cemetery

Kyle Clifford, 26, was caught by police after a 24-hour manhunt. Carol, Hannah and Louise Hunt were murdered at their home in Bushey, Hertfordshire, with the alarm raised at 7pm last night (Tuesday, July 9).

He receives medical attention, being found with injuries. The police did not fire any shots. He was not arrested

Images posted on social media appear to show emergency services rushing to the cemetery. Armed police could also be seen in the video, with Hertfordshire Police saying they could not confirm whether they had limited their search for the triple murder suspect to the area.

A nationwide manhunt was launched after emergency services attended the BBC Racing which presents John Hunt’s family home at around 7pm yesterday (July 9). His wife Carol, 61, and daughters Hannah, 28, and Louise, 25, were pronounced dead at the scene.

They are believed to have been attacked with a crossbow in a “targeted” attack, but Chief Superintendent Jon Simpson said other weapons could have been used.

Detective Inspector Justine Jenkins, from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit, said: “This continues to be an incredibly difficult time for the family of the victims and we would ask that their privacy be respected as they come to terms with what has happened happened

“This investigation is moving at a pace and official identification of the victims has yet to take place. The premature naming of potential victims caused great distress to the family when they should have been given space to come to terms with their sudden loss.

“We have had an overwhelming number of calls and would like to express our gratitude to members of the public who have contacted us. We are further appealing for anyone with information or footage to contact the police directly and refrain from commenting on social media as this could affect the progress of the case.
