Brent Faiyaz earns nine new RIAA certifications

Brent Faiyaz’s record collection from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) continues to grow.

The Grammy-nominated singer earned nine new awards from the RIAA. Five of Faiyaz’s new certifications are from his 2022 album, Waste land.

“All Mine”, written and produced by Faiyaz, was declared double platinum with two million equivalent units sold. “Jackie Brown” went platinum with one million equivalent units sold.

In addition, “Loose Change,” “Rolling Stone,” and “Price of Fame” are now certified gold, each selling over 500,000 equivalent units.

Some songs from Faiyaz To hell with the world The project has garnered RIAA awards including:

  • “Cloudy”, 3x platinum (3 million equivalent units)
  • “Rehab (Winter in Paris),” 2x platinum (2 million equivalent units)
  • “Been Away”, 1x platinum (equivalent to one million units)

With Faiyaz’s new award for ‘Clouded’, the track is now his highest certified song till date. On Spotify, “Clouded” has amassed over 540 million streams and counting. It is Faiyaz’s most streamed song on that platform so far.

Last but not least is Faiyaz’s 2021 stand-alone single “Mercedes,” now gold.

Faiyaz’s new RIAA awards come after he earned eight certifications last September, including for Waste landwhich was certified platinum.

Last fall, Faiyaz released Larger than life, his first project under his contract with UnitedMasters in partnership with his company, ISO Supremacy. The project includes features from Missy Elliott, Coco Jones, A$AP Rocky, Tommy Richman and more.
