Person in hospital after medical incident in Bristol

One person has been taken to hospital after emergency services attended a medical incident in Bristol. Police, a fire crew and an ambulance were reported to the scene in Queens Road, Bishopsworth, at around 6.26pm today (Friday, July 12).

An eyewitness said the incident was located near the Sartan Club. A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police said one person was taken to hospital following a medical incident.

A photo taken at the scene shows a police car, an Avon Fire and Rescue Service vehicle and a South West Ambulance Service van at the scene. An eyewitness told BristolLive: “I’m just passing by an incident at the Sartan Club on Queens Road. Police, fire and ambulance there.”

A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police said: “We were called at 6.26pm this evening to Queen’s Road in Bishopsworth to assist the ambulance service with a medical incident. One person was taken to hospital.”
