Customers warned of temporary Coventry bank closure

AN HSBC BRANCH in Coventry has closed to undergo refurbishment.

The counter in Cheylesmore is expected to reopen on July 26 following the refurbishment, which included internal building work.

Philip Rixon, Country Director of HSBC UK, said: “We continue to invest in our branch network to make our customers’ experience of banking with us a great one.

“We’re delighted that our Cheylesmore branch is getting a facelift with some painting, new signage and the installation of new state-of-the-art ATMs, which we’re excited about.”

Staff have spoken to customers about the temporary closure for the past month and reminded them that they could use their nearest post office for everyday transactions.

Mobile and online banking services are available 24/7, plus you can access the call center.

Customers can also continue to use any of our branches, with Cathedral Lanes being the nearest branch.
