Wakefield, 16-year-old mother, her 1-year-old daughter missing

Police say a Bronx teenage mother and her young daughter are missing.

According to the NYPD, police say 16-year-old Reishel Zambrano Chavez and her daughter Zoe Esabella were last seen on June 25 leaving their Wakefield home on Bronx Boulevard.

Police say they left unannounced and have never gone missing before.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call police.
