Swindon car thief suspect still at large

Police continue to search for a suspected car thief who is still at large.

Having previously appealed for help from the public, Wiltshire Police have relaunched their appeal to the public to keep an eye out for Stratton St Margaret resident Kirk Ayres.

The 42-year-old from Swindon is wanted in connection with a series of offenses relating to theft from vehicles.

They include eight counts of interfering with a vehicle, two counts of taking from a motor vehicle and one count of criminal damage.

A Wiltshire Police spokesman said: “Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call 101 quoting 54240074222.”
