The Juventus star gives Leicester City the go-ahead…

Juventus midfielder Matias Soule has agreed a move to Leicester City, with the Italian club willing to sell the Argentina international.

Having won the Championship and secured promotion to the Premier League, the Foxes will be keen to hit the ground running and take on the challenging task of avoiding relegation in their first season back in England’s top flight.

To increase their chances of doing just that, Leicester City need to strengthen their overall squad to cope with the league’s incredibly high standard.

But with Enzo Maresca leaving for Chelsea and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall quickly following behind he is already on the back foot, with the club also wary of PSR.

However, according to reports from Gazzetta dello Sport, the Foxes are willing to offer €25m + €5m for Juventus youngster Soule.

The 21-year-old made 36 appearances for the Italian giants last Serie A campaign, scoring 11 goals and providing three assists in an impressive season.

The report also claims that Soule has given the Foxes the thumbs up, with Juventus willing to let the Argentine striker leave.

Steve Cooper will have his work cut out for him at the King Power Stadium and the Welsh manager is still looking for a direct replacement at Dewsbury-Hall.
