Movies in the Park returns to Bradford in August

The City of Bradford West Gwillimbury Outdoor Films event series is back and better than ever.

Sit back, relax and come watch some great movies with friends and family under the stars. We’ve got your August evenings covered with six great movies the whole family will love.

The outdoor movies will be hosted on Cericola Field at the Bradford and District Memorial Community Center located at 125 Simcoe Rd. Movies start at dusk, which is approximately 8:30 PM. However, moviegoers can start arriving at 7:30pm for fun games, food vendors and pre-show entertainment.

Attendance at outdoor movies is completely free. Don’t forget to bring some cash to support BWG’s Water Popcorn fundraiser and local vendors.

Outdoor Movies is presented by Summerlyn Dental and will feature the following films on the big screen:

• August 6: Kung Fu Panda (supporting sponsor: Genesis Gymnastics)
• August 8: the avengers (supporting sponsor: Reali’s No Frills)
• August 20: The Lorax
• August 22: The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes (youth movie night)
• August 27: Big Hero 6 (special guest: BWG Fire and Emergency Services)
• August 29: The Little Mermaid
