Winchester Hospital adds new clinic, Dr – Cornwall Newswatch

WINCHESTER – A new referral clinic dealing with patients with autoimmune disorders will open next month at Winchester District Memorial Hospital.

The hospital also announced that Dr. Shannon Meilleur has been hired to lead the rheumatology clinic.

Her first day will be June 6.

Meilleur is a medical graduate of Queen’s University and held a rheumatology fellowship at McGill University in Montreal.

Rheumatology focuses on inflammation of the bones, muscles, joints, and internal organs caused by an autoimmune deficiency.
