Liverpool’s players rated one excellent and one poor in Aston Villa’s collapse

Liverpool brought the curtain down on Jurgen Klopp’s away days with an entertaining draw at Aston Villa on Monday night.

An Emiliano Martinez own goal was followed by strikes from Cody Gakpo and Jarell Quansah as the Reds fought to a 3-3 draw in the Premier League.

Couldn’t do much about Villa’s goals and twice caused panic with wrong clearances but good saves from Zaniolo and Diaby second half.

Trent Alexander-Arnold 6

Moved regularly into a central midfield position early on, but was forced to defend more before the break and a more attritional second half. Denied by Martinez with a lightning bolt.
