Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce selected Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer for the exclusive sales assignment of its building located at 415 East Market St, Charlottesville, VA.

The Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce, a cornerstone of the Charlottesville business community for more than 110 years, has decided, in accordance with a strategic vision for the future, to explore the sale of its building, which has been its home for more than 43 years old. . This decision reflects a common practice among Chambers nationwide to reposition assets in response to the evolving needs of members and the wider business community.

The building is a 3,000 square foot (SF) office building strategically located on Market Street, right next to the historic downtown core. Community members are invited to visit the Chamber building at 209 5th St^th St NE during an Open House event on Wednesday July 24th from 8:00am to 10:00am Chamber Council members and staff, along with Cushman & Wakefield | The Thalhimer team will be available to answer questions and give tours of the building.
