Jesse Marsch seals shock return to management after 15-month layoff following Leeds sacking with FaceTime reveal

JESSE MARSCH is back in charge as he has been named head coach of Canada’s national team.

The former Leeds boss has been out of work since being sacked by the Yorkshire outfit in 2023.

Marsch, 50, will now begin his career in international management in Canada.

The American signed an agreement that will last until July 2026.

This will see him take the lead Canada for the 2024 Copa America, the 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup and the 2026 World Cup.

Marsch was announced as Canada’s new boss on a FaceTime call with Canada Soccer CEO Kevin Blue.
