The perfect job opportunity for makeup enthusiasts is at hand. Sephora is recruiting for its newest UK store in Birmingham’s largest shopping centre, the Bullring.

Set to open this winter, Sephora is taking over the huge unit that was home to Victoria’s Secret on the mall’s upper level. The store will bring a range of popular beauty brands such as Glossier and Rare Beauty to Birmingham and offer customers in-store beauty treatments.




Surrounded by luxury makeup products and treatments, for some, working at the makeup giant would be a dream come true.

Here’s everything you need to know about what jobs are available, where to find them and the application process.

What jobs are available?

Applications are open for the roles of Operations Manager, Customer Experience Manager and Store Director. All positions are permanent and full time.

The Operations Manager will oversee store operations, ensure product replenishment and store cleanliness, and support the store team in providing excellent customer service.

The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience. They will focus on coaching and building the team, but will also take on leadership responsibilities and develop strategies to drive sales.

The Store Director is responsible for all areas of operational activity and will take responsibility for driving success across the Sales, Operations, Business and Customer Experience teams.
