Live: The Crab van crushes the road closure sign and crashes into the wall

A Cornish Crab company van crashed into a wall, smashing a road closed sign on the road this afternoon (Friday 19 July). The crash happened on the A39 at St Kew, just north of Wadebridge.

Images from the scene show a smashed van, pinned over a curb. The Cornish Crab company van apparently crashed through a road closure sign before hitting the wall.




An eyewitness told CornwallLive of the accident at the golf club. They said: “A39 St Kew Motorway near golf club”.

No one is believed to have been injured in the crash. Emergency services have been contacted for more information.
