Brent crude is trading at $84.55/bbl

Crude oil futures fell 1.49% to Rs 6,869 a barrel on Friday as participants trimmed their positions on weak demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for delivery in July fell by Rs 104 or 1.49% to Rs 6,869 a barrel with a business volume of 4,210 lots. Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude was trading down 0.86% at $82.11 a barrel, while Brent crude was trading down 0.66% at $84.55 a barrel in New York .
