LIVE: Police cordon off city center street after serious incident – latest updates

Emergency services blocked off a major street in Bolton town center this morning following a serious incident.

Officers are at the scene on the A676 Deansgate between the A673 Marsden Road and Howell Croft North. Black Horse Street was closed.

The incident, which is understood to be a fire at a pub, is believed to have happened in the early hours of this morning.
