The mysterious local coffee shop that serves “fresh Italian coffee” for sale

A popular Warwickshire cafe serving fresh Italian coffee has been put on the market. The Warwickshire cafe is for sale for £59,950.

But the name or location of the cafe has not been confirmed either. A sale notice on the BusinessesForSale website states: “A full profile is available once a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement has been signed.”

As well as offering fresh Italian coffee, the café serves traditional Italian meats, fresh cakes and sandwiches, and the ‘great food’ is complemented by a variety of wines, champagne and prosecco. The listing shows it enjoys a considerable “commercial advantage” due to its central training position in Warwickshire.

The current owners established the business in 2021 and run it with a loyal and well-trained team of full-time and part-time employees, but are now looking to ‘semi-retire’. The new owner will have a guaranteed handover period and full support, the listing adds.

The Cafe Bar is open seven days a week from 8:00am to 10:00pm Monday to Saturday and from 10:00am to 9:00pm on Sundays. The business receives a good cross-section of clientele throughout the trading day with tourists, shoppers and fellow traders, which creates “constant regular use”.

The turnover for the cafe is around £180,000 a year with plenty of scope for growth. The current rent is £11,500 per annum with zero business rates. There is a current lease which runs until this month, with a new lease available.
