Four people found dead in the car following the impact

Four people have died in a collision in Gloucestershire. Police said four men were found in a vehicle following a crash on the A436 in Ullenwood in the early hours of Sunday morning, July 21.

Gloucestershire Police said shortly before 2am officers on patrol came across a single vehicle collision involving a black Renault Clio. The vehicle left the road and collided with a tree, police said, killing four men inside the vehicle.

The force said “urgent” work was underway to identify all those involved and notify their next of kin. The road remains closed in both directions between the A417 Air Balloon roundabout and Severn Springs while the collision investigation continues.

Anyone with information about the collision or any dash cam footage is asked to provide information to police online here.
