A sea of yellow tea shirts waited in the wings as the main WI monthly business was completed. Members of the Saltash U3A Ukulele Group came to share their talents and encourage the ladies of Pensilva WI to sing together. It wasn’t long before powerful renditions of favorites could be heard at Millennium House; these included When I’m 64 (some members said they wished it was still), Yellow Polka Dot Bikini (no one admitted to wearing one), Return to Sender and I love a good one. There were chances to hum Annie’s song, tap her foot to a devoted fashionista, and become Dolly singing passionately to Jolene. An enjoyable evening’s entertainment was had by all.

The ladies of Pensilva WI were invited to sing along
