Clear Community Web host Digital Drop-ins provides a friendly, informal space to get answers to questions or solve problems for your laptop, tablet or smart phone.

You can also practice in a supported environment and have access to other local learning programs.

These sessions are a chance for you to come in with your device, sit down with a member of our team to get help with a single issue, or develop your skills.

Typical things covered include:

• Setting up accounts
• Installing applications
• Resetting passwords
• Being safer online
• File transfer
• Checking for problems
• Starting from the beginning

If I can’t help you that day, I can refer you to the other support program or the central support program.
