Dozens of jobs available at Warwickshire College with salaries up to £70,000

WCG (Warwickshire College Group) is currently recruiting for 75 posts across its six colleges in Warwickshire and Worcestershire as it prepares for the coming academic year. The positions available include 35 roles that will support Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) provision, such as Learning Mentors, Support Mentors and Specialist Mentors.

In addition, there are two SEN Team Leader posts open in Warwickshire to support students in their daily learning. The group, which includes Royal Leamington Spa College, Warwick Trident College, Rugby College, Moreton Morrell College, Pershore College and Evesham New College, is also looking for tutors and lecturers for a variety of academic posts.

These range from Maths, English, Digital and Cyber, Early Years, Animal Behaviour, Barbering and Hairdressing, Graphic Design and Photography, Catering, Law, Animal Care and Plumbing. In addition, on-the-job learning managers in plumbing and electrical are required to support the delivery of apprenticeships in these crucial sectors.

Non-academic roles are also being recruited, including finance, a new director of MIS (Management Information Systems), gardening, grounds maintenance and property management. The College Group is the largest provider of The Prince’s Trust Team programme.
