Live traffic updates from Leicestershire as the A447 closed following the collision

In an updated map of the affected area, we can now see that the situation does not seem to have improved at the moment.

A section of the A447 Ashby Road has now turned grey, meaning there is no traffic at all in that area. Some of the traffic on the other side of the A447 Ashby Road is red, meaning traffic is slow for traffic.

Motorists are still being urged to avoid the area.
