Missing Ben Ross found ‘washed up but alive’ in Mallorca

A trainee lawyer who was reported missing in Mallorca has been found, his family has confirmed. Ben Ross, 26, from Golborne in Wigan presented himself at the British consulate in Palma today looking “tired and exhausted but alive”, according to his relatives.

They explained that she had lost contact with Felix’s mother after a “series of unfortunate events”, which included her belongings being stolen while she was swimming, the Manchester Evening News reports.

Since then, Ben has been reunited with his mother. Overwhelmed with relief, Felix expressed her gratitude: “I am incredibly grateful for all the help and support I have received. Everyone was really incredible. We are so relieved to have found him and are now focused on getting him back to him. full health and safe at home.”
