Liverpool name initial 28-man squad for USA tour

The Reds head to Pittsburgh to face Real Betis at the Acrisure Stadium on July 26 on Tuesday afternoon.

From there, Arne Slot and his team travel to Philadelphia to face Arsenal at Lincoln Financial Field on July 31.

Liverpool’s US tour concludes with a match against Manchester United, with the Williams-Brice Stadium in Colombia as the venue for the Premier League match.

Twenty-eight players are on board with the squad, with a number of those involved in the latter stages of Euro 2024 and the Copa America set to link up with their team-mates at a later date with extended time off.
