Abi on the warpath over Corey

Coronation Street spoilers for next week reveal that Abi is having a nightmare. First, Corey Brent appears on TV painted as a hero, then a sex tape about her is leaked. Are the two related?

Meanwhile, Bernie may have found his son and Roy is in danger in prison.

1. Abi wants answers

Abi is horrified to hear a TV presenter singing the praises of Seb’s killer Corey Brent. Kevin admits that Corey plays for his prison football team and is painted as a hero. Wanting to know exactly what is going on, Abi decides to go to the production company.

Nina goes with her and together they demand answers for the Corey documentary. Will the producer sympathize with their angst anyway?

2. Abi gets a blast from the past

Abi is delighted to see that a petition has been launched to cancel the documentary. But her happiness is short-lived when Dean calls the garage.

He tells Abi that he has hit a bad patch and needs her help. Abi sends him packing, but Cassie is suspicious as she watches.

3. Abi goes on the warpath after being “exposed”

When Tyrone receives an email, he is shocked by its contents and immediately tells Abi what he saw. She is horrified to see that a sex tape of her has been uploaded and immediately suspects Dean.

Abi catches up with him holding a key, but Dean insists he has no idea what she’s talking about. Kevin soon arrives after a tip from Cassie and asks Abi to drop the key. Dean is taken in for questioning and after four more videos are uploaded, Abi realizes they are deep fakes. But who does this to him?

4. Bernie finds Kit

Bernie’s car is towed and when he sees Kit nearby he assumes it was him. She soon heads to the police station to file a complaint about him.

Still, Craig and his co-stars burst in to wish Kit a happy 31st birthday. Bernie is stopped in her tracks.

In shock, as today would also have been Zodiac’s 31st birthday, has Bernie found his son? And if so, will he give it a chance?

5. Roy in danger in prison

Roy continues to sit alone in his cell. He won’t talk to anyone and won’t go out.

When fellow inmate Roscoe walks in, Roy is scared. He jumps up and sends his checkerboard flying. Roscoe is confused, so he leaves him alone again.

Meanwhile, the racist Griff is transferred back to Weatherfield Prison. Could it be a danger to Roy?

6. Rowan targets Simon in Coronation Street spoilers

After Simon admits he has a hangover and can’t remember anything about the day before, Nick panics. He tells Rowan that he needs to get in touch with Leanne at her retreat, but a scornful Rowan offers Simon some advice instead.

7. Peter reconnects

Simon is getting ready to go on the retreat himself, so in desperation, Nick calls Peter. Toyah returns home and learns from Simon Peter that he has offered her a job on the yacht.

With Carla missing Peter, she is devastated when Simon finds out about him – and even more so when he shows her some photos. In one of the clips, Peter has his arm around a woman. But did it really move on from Carla?

8. Maria suspicious of Gary

Maria discovers that over £10,000 is missing from their bank account. Gary says he had to buy a new boiler for the factory, but is he telling the truth?

9. Coronation Street spoilers: Linda offends Gemma

Gemma and Bernie prepare the house for Joseph to bring over some of his school friends. But Linda steps in and reveals that she has booked a table at the bistro to save Gemma from any stress. Despite the kind gesture, Gemma feels hurt.
