Oktoberfest is coming to Liverpool with two day ‘extravaganza’

Oktoberfest returns to Liverpool with ‘surprises’ in store for beer lovers.

Originating in Munich, Oktoberfest events featuring beer and carnival are now held all over the world. Organizers of Oktoberfest Liverpool described its event as “a two-day extravaganza with live music, pints of beer, bratwurst, pretzels and lots of lederhosen”.




The celebration of Bavarian culture will take place at the Exhibition Centre, following an indoor debut last year that saw thousands of people attend.

Paul Laing from Oktoberfest Liverpool said: “After last year’s success we are once again looking forward to bringing a taste of Munich’s famous festival to Liverpool’s waterfront.

“With one of the biggest bars, a themed funhouse and more surprises to be announced in the coming weeks, it’s already shaping up to be a fun weekend with a Bavarian twist.”
