Bus service diverted on road in Bradford estate due to ‘incident’

A BUS service is avoiding a road in a Bradford property due to an ‘incident’.

First West Yorkshire announced at 4.48pm on X yesterday that its 645 service had been diverted due to an “incident” at Rimswell Holt, which is in the middle of the Ravenscliffe area.

Route 645 serves between Buttershaw and Greengates, via Bradford city centre.

It was diverted via Harrogate Road, New Line and Redcar Road in both directions.

A First Bradford spokesman said the 645 was temporarily diverted due to “a police incident” until 6pm.

Service returned to normal after that.
