Emmerdale’s Rose Jackson has a secret sibling, fans have predicted.

Rose (Christine Tremarco) was introduced as the ex-wife of Will Taylor (Dean Andrews) and mother to Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley), having abandoned them when Dawn was an infant. In a shocking turn of events, it was revealed that Rose has ties with Ruby Fox-Milligan (Beth Cordingly).

Ruby, who is hell-bent on ruining Kim Tate (Claire King), blackmailed Rose into sabotaging Kim, given that Rose resides in Kim’s home. Rose is indebted to Ruby after she helped her out of significant financial trouble, a fact that Ruby frequently brings up.

In a startling development, Ruby had drugs delivered to Rose, which she was then instructed to use to drug Will’s drink and sleep with him.

However, the scheme went awry when the drinks were swapped, leading to Dawn being involved in a car accident. Rose managed to deflect the blame onto Kim through a series of lies, resulting in Kim being ostracized from her family and forced to relocate to a B&B.

However, viewers are now speculating that there might be more to Rose and Ruby’s relationship than meets the eye.

Eager viewers have flocked to social media with speculations that two characters may be siblings due to an unexpected DNA development. On one platform, a viewer declared: “I’m 110% convinced that Ruby and Rose are sisters and it will be the beginning of Ruby’s past unraveling.”

On an Emmerdale-centric Facebook group, another devotee speculated: “Does anyone else think Ruby & Rose could be sisters..? ” Echoing the sentiment, a fellow fan remarked: “I’ve said this too’.”
