Child killer Damien Bendall ‘crushes fellow inmate’s skull with claw hammer’ in prison

Murderer Damien Bendall allegedly attacked a fellow inmate with a claw hammer at Frankland Prison. Bendall, convicted of the gruesome murder of his pregnant partner and her children, reportedly left another prisoner fighting for his life after an attack.

One of the country’s most notorious killers, Bendall, from Swindon, is serving a life sentence following his brutal acts in Killamarsh, Derbyshire, in 2021. The 32-year-old admitted brutally murdering his partner Terri Harris, aged 35, her two children John Bennett, 13, and Lacey Bennett, 11, with Lacey’s friend Connie Gent, who was just 11.

He pleaded guilty to murdering all four victims and raping Lacey at Derby Crown Court in 2022. Bendall’s life sentence means he will die inside prison walls, Chronicle Live reports.
