BLUEBERRY COFFEE – A recipe from Nancy

The price of fresh blueberries is ridiculously high, so we can offer you “Wild Nova Scotia Blueberries” for $6.99 for a 4 cup bag. Delicious flavor at a low price.
Try this recipe…it makes a great treat for breakfast or brunch.

Cream together: ¾ cup white sugar
¼ cup butter

Add and beat until it becomes creamy: 1 egg
Combine: 2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 spoon of salt
Add dry mixture alternately with ¾ cup milk
Add 2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries
Place in a greased 9”x13” pan.
Add toppings:
Crumble together and sprinkle over the dough above:
1 cup white sugar 2/3 cup flour
1 tablespoon cinnamon ½ cup butter
Bake at 350oF for 50-55 minutes
Serve warm
