Long-standing family business buys Trust Ford Bradford

A MOTOR group has acquired Trust Ford Bradford, part of the world’s largest Ford dealer group, Trust Ford.

On July 1, Leeds-based DM Keith Motor Group completed the acquisition.

Trust Ford operates from over 60 locations across the UK.

DM Keith, a family business that celebrated its 60th birthday in 2023, represents 10 brands in 20 showrooms.

The move follows the acquisitions of Colin Appleyard Motor Group in February 2024 and Ringways Ford and Kia in 2021.

“Our business is built on a strong passion for excellent customer service, and our goal is to be trusted and respected by everyone who meets us throughout the lifetime of their automotive needs.”

On 1 July, all the employees and assets of Trust Ford Bradford were incorporated into DM Keith, increasing the total number of employees by 49.

The combined annual turnover moved DM Keith close to the top 50 groups in the AM100.

DM Keith’s annual turnover is expected to exceed £360m in 2024.
